Wild Shakti Vinyasa is a breath focused, alignment based, strength building and stamina attaining creative Yoga practice which embodies a potent philosophy of uplifting heart centred empowerment, with an inspiring focus on playful celebration, authentic individuality and true-self connection.
The roots of Wild Shakti Vinyasa Yoga are grounded in ‘many flavours and styles’ of teaching from my extensive years of study and practice, which includes Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Rocket and Anusara Yoga with Tantric philosophy.
These styles are merged with my soul connection to nature as well as my training and awareness of the Shamanic realms.
I currently offer classes and programs inperson and online for Mixed Level and Intermediate Practitioners, as well as Yoga Teachers who have a desire to know themselves at a deeper level.

In this flexible ongoing Asana practice class, you will have access to the live weekly video, so if you cannot attend a session you can practice at a time suitable for you.
The live classes are active, uplifting and inspiring with a cardio like dynamic. You will learn to use physical and energetic alignment principles to understand the fundamental nature of the poses whilst connecting with your Divine Heart center. Fusing Power Yoga elements, invoking strength, stamina and increased flexibility.
Usually we begin with Pranayama (breath exercises) and or seated warmups to limber the body. We build from the ground up to a more energetic and creative sequence. Including sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, heart openers, backbends and inversions. The session ends with a deep rewarding, relaxation meditation.
The live classes are dynamic, uplifting, challenging and energizing.
Who for?
Mixed Level Practitioners – modifications will be given based upon student’s needs.
Not suitable for beginners.

Intermediate/Teachers
You will dive deeper in this vigorous, alignment and breath focused, workshop style class.
With a strong emphasis on self-inquiry and spiritual reflection, you will be given a self-study and Yoga philosophy practice to focus on throughout the week, this will begin to deepen your understanding of Yoga philosophy and its ethics.
The interactive classes are designed to take your Asana practice to the next level, with a focus on planks, core work, advanced poses, inversions, including handstand training, linked with transitions and flow. I will keep my keen yoga eye on you!
The in person classes are strong, energetic, motivating, powerful and transformational.
Who for?
Highly beneficial for seasoned practitioner’s and Yoga teachers wanting to re-ignite or re-discover their passion for Yoga.
