Wild Vibrant Vinyasa
This class is active, uplifting and inspiring with a cardio like dynamic and can be both challenging and relaxing. You will learn to use physical & energetic alignment principles to understand the fundamental nature of the poses whilst connecting with our heart center. Fusing Power Yoga elements, invoking strength, stamina and increased flexibility, Vinyasa Yoga is – ‘connecting body movement with the power of the breath’. Usually we begin with pranayama (breath exercises), seated warm ups to limber the body, which builds up to a more energetic and creative sequence.
We include sun salutations, standing poses; hip openers, heart openers, backbends and inversions. The experience ends with a deep rewarding, relaxation meditation. This class is dynamic uplifting and revitalizing.
For mixed levels and beginners wanting a challenge.
Modifications will be given based upon class needs (75mins).
Wild Vibrant Vinyasa
Intermediate / Advanced level
This is a vigorous, alignment and breath focused, fitness based class, with a strong emphasis and awareness on your spiritual connection.
Incorporating Power yoga postures (all held between 5-7 breaths) with ‘victorious’ Ujjayi breathing and Bandha awareness (energetic body locks). You will learn to find your own rhythm in this faster paced class as we focus on planks, core work, advanced poses, inversions, including handstand training, all linked with transitions and flow. The experience ends with a deep rewarding, relaxation meditation.
This class will provide a full body mind workout. It is strong, energetic, motivating, powerful, transformational and high-octane fun.
This is highly beneficial for athletes, runners, personal trainers, the physically fit, those who like a wild challenge and of course for practitioners and advanced students. Not suitable for beginners (90mins).
Remove shoes and socks and leave them at the back of the room.

Classes and trainings are held at different venues in the beautiful Vale of the White Horse in Oxfordshire.
Near to Uffington White Horse, Dragon Hill and Wayland Smithy Neolithic Burial Chamber. These ancient sacred sites stand along Britain’s oldest road – the prehistoric ridgeway track.
A great place for cycling, running & walking. During the summer months we sometimes practice Yoga outdoors in nature.
I also teach at Uptown Yoga in Swindon, a funky boutique Yoga studio in the heart of Old Town.
