I work with a wide range of Yoga Styles and Healing Practices.
They include: Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Wild Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Partner Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Shamanic Healing. All of these modalities contribute to my unique transformational style of teaching.

Back in the day, one teacher or a guru traditionally taught Yoga to one student or disciple – a shishya in Sanskrit
This was how the knowledge and wisdom of yoga was passed down. The ancient Yogis understood the importance of working with a student on a one to one basis, giving the student specific individual attention whilst adapting and meeting to their personal needs.
Today’s group yoga classes are often everyone’s first experience with yoga. They are beneficial for connecting with other people sharing an interest in learning about yoga, building confidence and they are a great introduction.
In a group class however teachers cannot always give students the specialised individual attention and guidance that they may prefer.
Private yoga provides the perfect setting to address your individual goals, concerns & needs without any class distractions.
What to expect
We will discuss your areas of interest such as alignment, sequencing, pranayama, meditation and/or the philosophical aspects of yoga.

Private Yoga would benefit you if…

Sessions & Fees
How many times should we meet?
- With Yoga Privates ideally we should plan to meet weekly or bi weekly.
- I recommend 12 sessions as a base, but will naturally tailor the number based on your needs and budget.
- This allows us enough time to reach your goals and address any deeper issues that may arise. However, you can book a one off session or a taster session to experience working with me.
At my studio
- 75 mins £75 / 3-class package £210 / 12 class package £825
- 90 mins £90 / 3 class package £250 / 12 class package £990
Traveling to your home or workplace may be an additional cost depending on location.
My desire is to make us working together easy, simple and fulfilling, so lets do this
- We start with either a telephone, skype, or email consultation to discuss your needs and what you want to achieve from the session(s). We will review any relevant injuries, illness, and blockages, as well as identifying your goals, strengths & your challenges.
- Then I put together a personalized session, or program of sessions, based on our consultation, that is specifically created for you.
- The content, pace and focus is based on your needs.
- We arrange a good time for the Yoga session(s) to take place.
- After the session I follow up with you by email to see if you have any questions.
- You can email me too afterwards to clarify any points, so you feel confident and happy with what we worked on together (I want you to get the maximum benefit from the sessions).
